His last album didn’t sell well, I’m sad to say. I was really hoping he was going to sell well this time. I hope he does well with his “Best Of”. I really like Ruben, he’s an outstanding man. I will probably buy this one, cuz I like his voice.

I agree all the music out today is so cookiecutter. I can’t tell one from the other.

I was wondering that too..RCA did the same to Clay when he didnt renew his contract them..Trying to get the last buck out him as much as they can..But I do hope Rubens sells well!!

Can I make a suggestion? Many of us really liked “Who sang it best”, where you put up audio only songs & we say who we liked best & try to guess who they may be.

Wouldn’t it be fun to have a Christmas version? So many idols & other well-known artists have done Christmas songs.

I wish Ruben luck with this cd. Some of the song choices may be interesting to hear.

Mary, I agree with you about the songs on the radio these days. It’s 99.8% crap and there isn’t anyone that can be picked right out because they are unique. They all sound the same and if the DJ at the end of the song didn’t say who was singing, they would go unknown.

I guess that is why radio is going down the tubes.

I think Ruben is a nice guy, but I will not buy this album. His music is just not my cup of tea,

Good luck to Ruben hope his VBORS album does well.

Think I might just buy a copy the track list looks good.He is a very soulful singer and has a pleasing voice IMO.

Plus he has been a good friend to Clay & Kelly all these years and I appreciate that!

I love when the Idol’s get along. There is room for all of them. They go thru a lot being from Idol and get called Karaoke singers but in my opinion I think they out sing a lot of people that are on the charts these days.
