If you remember, Diana had a stalker in Australia a couple of years ago who was convicted and sentenced to serve 150 hours of community service for cyber-stalking and blackmailing DeGarmo. Well, apparently that didn’t stop the stalker. Tanya Maree Quattrocchi was arrested again in January with six new charges of interfering with Diana DeGarmo’s e-mails, accessing her MySpace account 700 times in eight months and sending electronic messages to DeGarmo between last May and January this year. The presiding judge has decided that Ms. Quattrocchi has to stay in jail since the risk of her re-offending and continuing with her harrassment of Diana was too great. She is due to appear in court again on May 11.
