Only really liked #5 pretty darn good and #7- I really liked the “country” sound of this.

I am curious though- if all the folks above liked #7 so much-why is there only one vote for him?

    Enquiring minds………..

I wasn’t too impressed until I got to number “7″. That one really stood out for me. Great job! Please keep these blind polls coming; what a great idea. Thanks for doing this.

Thought #2 was best until I got to #7. None were jaw-dropping awesome…a couple were pretty bad, but #7 had strong vocals with a country twist that got my attention. So who are they?

I liked #7 the best with my score A ( believe that was Josh Gracin for songs of Dianne Warren Week) The rest all had some technical problems – pitchy, inconsistant, boring etc , but from this Motley Crew I’m going to give #5 a B, and a B- for #4 ( believe this was Allison A ) and #6.

I listened to all of them and #7 really stood out. It was so different and well done.

I love these blind listening polls.

  • Dale

Voted for number 7. Can’t mistake the voice of Josh Gracin!

  • Llana

BTW do we get to see the names of the artists at some point?

  • Llana

Not a country music fan, but #7 at least can stay in tune. Some of the others had quite a hard time just carrying the tune.

  • Becky

I love #7 It has a country feel and the song is beautifully sung.

  • Jan

    Oh my – #7 without a doubt!

  • Pat

Even though I’m not a big country fan, I went with #7 – liked his voice the best.

  • Trixie

Overall, I think the women were better. #1 was just boring. #3 sounded odd, I think it was the enunciation throwing me off. It was a tossup between #2 and #7… leaning towards #7.

A couple of these I didn’t like because of the arrangement. I think #7 is the best. It still doesn’t live up to Aerosmith’s version, which I love.

I’m not a country fan, but I appreciated most of these renditions. My favorite is #5, with #2 a close second.

  • Sandi

#7 has a rich, deep voice and isn’t slurring the words. Even though it’s country, he’s not fighting the music.

  • rs

I like number 7 and the country feel to the song because it is different from the rest.

  • ceebee

#7 Sounds the most unique from the rest of the bunch. No clue who it is, though.

    thanks.

  • Carole

This was a tough one as I also waffled between two performances. # 5 was great but in the end I went for #7. Love these polls and hope you continue.

  • Sandi

Haven’t listened yet but these blind “best of” contests are fun.

Okay, torn here. There are two that I am leaning toward. I think I’m going to go with #7 – not a big country fan,but it’s the only one that actually GRABBED my attention :)

These are SO MUCH FUN!!!! THANK YOU!!!!
