Days after performing at the second annual Justin Timberlake & Friends concert, TLC singer T-Boz put in a random appearance last night on Mo’Nique’s new BET talk show. Undisputedly, the most interesting bit is when T-Boz revealed how she unleashed her inner gangster when she held her old boss Clive Davis hostage – at gun point! No one is going to take that type of drastic action for no reason and therefore, the shady dealings of the music industry has been brought back to the forefront once again. Real guns were involved during the incident. For those who don’t know their most successful album ‘CrazySexyCool’ made 75 million dollars and the record label only gave them $50,000 dollars in return.

Initially, they went after LA Reid who told them it was Clive Davis responsible for their missing finances. T-Boz says she would not recommend anyone take that approach because they were lucky not to land themselves a prison sentence … As there are so many fame-hungry youngsters trying to get into the shady music business, as correctly done, T-Boz advises them to educate themselves before pursuing.

I’ve heard many people say that Clive Davis should be shot for some of his shady dealings and bad decisions. Who knew that it almost happened? Pity.
