Fantasia was on BET’s Black Girls Rock Awards show Sunday Night, which is fine, I guess.
What I want to know is what would Al Sharpton or the rest of the black community have to say if NBC had an awards show called “White Boys Rule” that was only open to white males as award recipients and as performers?
This is a clear cut case of racial and gender discrimination.

So surprised there were a couple on here brave enough to state the obvious. In proportion to the general population, sports figures are notoriously black in greater numbers. They only complain when the coaches are not 50/50.
Grammys go to PLENTY of blacks. Not my kind of music, but it’s a fact.
All these black only scholarships are a farce too. It never ends. I can’t believe this is still allowed.
Actually they do have a White Boy’s Rule. It’s called The Grammys and EVERY OTHER AWARD SHOW EVER.
Reverse racism is a myth. Get over yourself.
Been saying this for years concerning Miss America too. No one says a thing and we continue to have Black Miss America, and they can enter, and win both. Ridiculous. They have black debutante balls too. They only want to be separate, when it suits their purpose.
It is the Emperor’s New Clothes all over again. Everyone can see there is something wrong but everyone is afraid to speak up about it.
